1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Intercedio, operated by Mexcoders SCP (Mérida, Yucatán, México). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Intercedio is a collaborative prayer app that lets you create prayer lists and requests, form or join prayer groups, and take part in live group prayer sessions. The service is currently offered as a free beta.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the prayer requests and other content you create. By submitting content, you grant Intercedio a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the service and to share it with the groups you choose. You are responsible for the content you create or share.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Intercedio to:

  • harass, threaten, or harm others;
  • engage in illegal activity;
  • send spam or abuse the service;
  • share another person's private information without their permission;
  • attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

6. Free Beta Notice

Intercedio is currently free. There are no paid subscriptions and no ads. Features may change, break, or be removed during the beta. The service is provided "as is" while we improve it.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that harm other users or the service. You may stop using Intercedio and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Intercedio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mexcoders SCP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of México. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Mérida, Yucatán, México.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
