Account Deletion

You can delete your Intercedio account and its data at any time.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Intercedio.
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

If you cannot access your account

Email us at support@intercedio.com from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your profile and account information;
• your prayer requests, lists, and answered-prayer entries;
• your group memberships.

What may be retained

Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period (up to approximately 30 days) before they are overwritten. We may also retain limited information where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
